Because our items are handmade, we ask that you do allow for slight variations in your pieces  to the ones pictured on our site. We will happily accept returns and exchanges, if contacted within 30 days of delivery. Simply email us at Hello@bygracenc.com and ship items back within 45 days of delivery.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
